yes we offer free standard delivery on all your prepaid orders

Yes we do offer partial cash on delivery where you only need to pay 10% of the total order amount to place your order and rest is collected during delivery

example - if your total order amount is ₹699 you only need to pay ₹69 and rest ₹630 will be collected when the order is delivered to you

Yes we do offer return/exchange in case of major size issues, and refund is provided in the form of store credit or coupon code, a picture proof is required to show that there is a genuine size issue

Once your return/exchange is accepted,you can exchange the product with different size of the same product (if stock is available ), or in case the size you want is not available, you will be provided with a store credit or coupon code after deducting the shipping charges. please read our store policy for more information

Our dispatch timeline is 1-3 working days (excluding holidays & weekends ) tracking ids are sent directly to your watsapp & email within 24-48 hours of placing the order

once your order is dispatched and on your way it takes approx 4-7 working days to reach you with standard shipping and 2-4 working days with express shipping 💗

Pieces from brands are of export surplus nature which means that they are dead/extra stock,factory rejects,sample products from top International brands which are mostly not available in india

note - these pieces can have very minute imperfections such as loose threads,extra seam or stitches,some negligible marks which are not considered as defects although any major defect is always mentioned in descripton of the item
